Bollywood actor Salman Khan has unveiled a fresh look from his upcoming film Maatrubhumi: May War Rest In Peace, while the film’s producers have dismissed reports claiming it is facing certification issues with India’s Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC).
The new image, shared by Salman Khan on Instagram, has renewed interest in the war drama. At the same time, Salman Khan Films clarified that the project has not yet been submitted to the CBFC, making reports of certification delays or objections inaccurate.
Salman Khan Reveals New Glimpse
Salman posted a photograph of himself surrounded by nature, displaying a muscular physique while teasing the film. The actor kept the caption simple, writing only, “MAATRUBHUMI.”
The post quickly attracted attention from fans awaiting further updates about the film.
Salman Khan Films Rejects Certification Claims
In a statement shared on Instagram, Salman Khan Films rejected media reports suggesting that Maatrubhumi: May War Rest In Peace had encountered problems with the CBFC.
The production house said the reports were “false” and “entirely baseless,” adding that the film has not yet been submitted for certification. It also stated that the project has not reached the certification stage, making claims of objections or delays incorrect.
