3 Min Read

Riyadh Air’s Sfeer lifestyle membership is expected to reach one million members this month, less than a year after its launch, as the Saudi carrier prepares to mark the milestone with a giveaway totaling 1.5 million Sfeer Points.

The one millionth person to join Sfeer will receive one million points and become the programme’s final Founding Member. Two existing Founding Members will also be selected at random to receive 250,000 points each, according to Riyadh Air.

One Million Points for Final Founding Member

Riyadh Air said the one million points awarded to the milestone member could potentially be used for more than 120 one-way Economy redemption flights across its expanding network once redemptions become available.

Redemption is currently expected later in 2026, subject to network rollout, availability and applicable redemption requirements. The airline said the actual value and number of flights available will vary depending on destinations and other conditions.

The two additional Founding Members selected for the promotion will receive 250,000 Sfeer Points each, bringing the total giveaway to 1.5 million points.

Sfeer Points Do Not Currently Expire

Riyadh Air said Sfeer Points currently have no fixed expiry date under the programme’s terms and conditions, giving members the option to accumulate points for future travel and other benefits.

The membership programme also offers complimentary in-flight Wi-Fi, a “Best Offer Guaranteed” feature and benefits from partner companies including Hilton, Uber and muvi Cinemas.

Sfeer combines travel-related benefits with lifestyle experiences, partnerships and other member-focused offerings as Riyadh Air builds its global network.

Programme Expands Beyond Airline Travel

Kim Hardaker, vice president of Loyalty and Sustainability at Riyadh Air, described reaching one million members as a significant milestone for the programme and said the giveaway was intended to recognize both the newest member and those who joined during its early stages.
