Pakistani YouTuber Rajab Butt’s former wife, Eman Fatima, has claimed that she received two legal notices from him on her birthday, one concerning alleged defamation and another seeking custody of their son.
Eman made the claim during a recent vlog by her brother, Aun Sheikh. In the video, she referred to the alleged notices in a sarcastic manner, describing them as unexpected “gifts” she received on her birthday.
According to Eman, one notice related to defamation while the other concerned the custody of their son, Kivan Sultan.
However, the claims have not been independently verified. Rajab Butt has not so far publicly confirmed or responded to the reported legal notices, leaving the details of the alleged legal action unclear.
Rajab Butt and Eman Fatima married in 2024 and welcomed their son Kivan Sultan in September 2025. Their relationship later became strained, eventually leading to their separation and divorce.
