According to the information provided by the department, employees can use the app to submit requests related to:
- No Objection Certificates (NOCs)
- Transfers
- Promotions
- Deputations
- Retirement
- Leave applications
- Grievances and complaints
- Financial reimbursements
- Notifications and other administrative services
The app also provides sections for employees to view their personal details, posting information and service history.
The digital platform is intended to allow government employees to submit and track various requests through their mobile phones, reducing paperwork and the need for physical visits to offices.
