Federal Minister Rana Tanveer Hussain said on Sunday that the ‘Trump card’ of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) had lost its influence.
Expressing his thoughts in Sharaqpur, the government had successfully steered the country away from the brink of default. “Under the leadership of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, the nation has been placed on the path to economic growth,” Hussain declared.
He also highlighted the significant progress made in stabilising the country’s economy, noting that international institutions were now acknowledging Pakistan’s improving economic situation.
“Countries like Turkey and Indonesia will send delegations to Pakistan this month,” he said, adding that nations, including the United States, were confident in investing in Pakistan.
Hussain further remarked that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party’s leadership had failed to deliver. “The PTI leadership continued to write letters to the International Monetary Fund, but their efforts were futile,” he explained.
Hussain stated, “The politics of the PTI founder is based on anti-Pakistan and anti-state ideologies.”
Looking forward, the federal minister expressed confidence that Pakistan would continue on its path of progress. “Next year, Pakistan will be further along the road to development,” he predicted.
