Priyanka Chopra’s Mother Shares Homemade Hair Mask For Stronger, Shinier Hair

Dr Madhu Chopra, mother of actor Priyanka Chopra, has shared a homemade hair mask recipe that she says is part of her weekly hair-care routine.

The homemade hair mask uses coconut oil, fenugreek seeds, rosemary, rice water and chia seeds. Chopra said the natural mixture helps support stronger, shinier and healthier-looking hair.

Dr Madhu Chopra, 73, is an aesthetic doctor and cosmetologist. In a recent Instagram video, she said she uses the mask as part of the first week of her monthly hair-care routine.

According to Chopra, soaked chia seeds give the mixture a jelly-like texture, making it easier to apply to the hair. She said she leaves the mask on for about an hour before washing it off.

The recipe includes ingredients commonly used in traditional hair-care routines. Coconut oil is often used to moisturise hair, fenugreek seeds are used in home remedies for scalp and hair care, while rice water has long been associated with hair-strengthening routines.

Chopra said the mask is intended to help maintain hair thickness, shine and overall hair health. However, hair-care results can vary from person to person, and people with scalp conditions or allergies should consult a qualified professional before trying new home treatments.

The post has drawn attention on social media, where natural beauty remedies and celebrity family routines often attract strong interest.

This is not the first time Dr Madhu Chopra has shared a beauty routine with followers. She has previously discussed a homemade skincare mask made with gram flour, fresh curd, cream, turmeric and cold milk, which she said helps keep the skin soft and refreshed.
