Political Leaders in Havelian Unite for Hazara Province Movement

HAVELIAN: Leaders of major political groups in Havelian have announced a joint struggle for the creation of Hazara Province, with the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) pledging to bring political parties together on the issue.

According to details, Subah Hazara Tehreek and Tehreek Subah Hazara have formally announced collaboration to advance the demand for a separate Hazara province.

Speaking to the media, Federal Minister and Chairman of Subah Hazara Tehreek Sardar Muhammad Yousaf, Chairman of Tehreek Subah Hazara Sardar Gohar Zaman, former National Assembly Deputy Speaker Murtaza Javed Abbasi, and Sardar Aurangzeb Nalotha paid tribute to the late Baba Haider Zaman, who played a prominent role in the Hazara province movement.

‘Hazara Province Is the Need of the Hour’

Sardar Muhammad Yousaf said the demand for Hazara Province represented the long-standing aspirations of the people of the region and was not the agenda of any single individual, political party or group.

He described the creation of a separate province as an important need of the region and called for collective efforts to advance the cause.

Tribute to Baba Haider Zaman

The leaders acknowledged Baba Haider Zaman’s role in strengthening the movement for Hazara Province and stressed the need to carry forward his political legacy.

They called for all stakeholders to unite on a common platform and work collectively toward achieving the province.

Joint Strategy to Be Announced

The leadership agreed to make the joint campaign more organized and effective.

They said a public outreach campaign and further action plan would be announced after consultations among the participating groups.

The development marks an effort by Hazara-based political leaders to revive and consolidate the movement for a separate province through a broader political alliance.
