Haripur: Haripur Press Club’s newly elected President Zakir Tanoli and General Secretary Hafiz Javed ul Haq will promote positive journalism, tolerance and high journalistic values. By playing an active role, they will leave no stone unturned in the justice of the oppressed and Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Haripur will traditionally stand side by side with its journalist brothers in the movement of Kalima Haq. President Zakir Hussain Tanoli, General Secretary Hafiz Javed-ul-Haq,Joint Secretary Mahmood Akhtar, Vice-President Malik Jameel Khan, Vice-President Qazi Nisar Ahmed Khan, Office Secretary Ishaq Khan, Information Secretary Shahzad Tanoli, Haripur Union of Journalists General Secretary Malik Faisal Iqbal Khan, Senior Vice President Irfan Mubarak and members of the Press Club, former candidate for Provincial Assembly Jahanzeb Khan Tanoli and others were also present while newly elected president of Haripur Press Club Zakir Hussain Tanoli and HUJK. General Secretary Malik Faisal Iqbal Khan expressed his special gratitude to the host of the event, JUI leader Malik Razmat Khan, for encouraging the press club officials and members by organizing an exciting evening event in honor of the newly elected cabinet of the press club and assured them that the press club officials and members will not hurt the trust of the civil society, people and institutions in any way. The reason is that Zakir Hussain Tanoli (Democratic Panel) was given immense acceptance by all classes including the traditional journalistic community in the recent election of Haripur Press Club. This Asrana of Malik Razmat Khan is also a part of the same sincere reception for which we are very thankful and grateful to JUI leader Malik Razmat Khan on behalf of the press club officials and members and reiterate the commitment that Haripur Press Club officials and members will promote positive journalism and yellow journalism. will discourage them so that the people get relief and the institutions are better, for which first of all journalists have to fully understand their responsibilities and do pen Jihad to end the social evils. President Zakir Hussain Tanoli said that for a long time the public servants of Haripur have been suffering from the loss of rights and injustice. Also, they continued to play their full role in raising the word and protecting government institutions from politicization and God willing, they will continue to do so in the future. Zakir Tanoli said that a journalist is always a representative of the people and he exposes every injustice and injustice without discrimination. He is not a victim of any expediency or compulsion. He said that we will spare no effort in fulfilling our journalistic responsibilities with full honesty and diligence for the betterment of institutions and people.
