Netflix’s first Pakistani original series, Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo, is expected to premiere by the end of 2026, according to the latest media reports, after missing its originally planned release window.

Based on Farhat Ishtiaq’s bestselling novel of the same name, the series has generated significant anticipation since it was first announced and is being produced as a collaboration between Netflix and HUM TV.

Jo Bachay Hain Sang Samait Lo was first published in serial form in a women’s magazine in 2009 before being released as a novel in 2013.
