Yesterday, immediately after the security forces carried out an operation against alleged terrorists in the mountainous area of ​​Barchhray Talash in Lower Dir and shelling their hideouts from gunship helicopters, a grand consultative jirga was organized by the National Reformation Jirga Talash Doshkhel. In which, the leaders of the four union councils and the Youth Reformation Jirga Talash Doshkhel, as well as people from various sectors, participated in large numbers. During the jirga, everyone presented their opinion regarding the security and safety of the entire district, including the Talash Valley. In light of this, Dr. Noor Muhammad, General Secretary of the National Reform Jirga Talash Doshakhel, issued a statement after consulting with all the participants of the jirga, saying that exemplary security has been established and maintained throughout the district, including the Talash Valley, in every period. Therefore, we will not allow the security and safety environment here to be disturbed under any circumstances. And we will remain united against those who spread fear, terrorism, lawlessness and turn peace and safety into unrest in the area. And we will support the administration and security forces against them. Dr. Noor Muhammad, Spokesperson and General Secretary of the National Reform Jirga Talash Doshakhel, also formed an effective committee on the spot with mutual consent regarding the establishment of security and safety.
