Faisalabad — BYD, in partnership with Mega Motor Company, has inaugurated its sixth authorised BYD dealership in Pakistan, expanding the electric vehicle brand’s retail and service presence in Faisalabad.

The new facility marks BYD’s entry into its fourth city nationwide and is part of the company’s broader plan to strengthen customer access to new energy vehicles through licensed dealerships. Located in a major commercial area of Faisalabad, the outlet offers vehicle sales, test drives, after-sales services, and access to genuine spare parts and accessories.

According to company officials, Faisalabad was selected due to sustained customer interest and its position as one of Punjab’s key industrial and commercial centres. Danish Khaliq, Vice President Sales and Strategy at BYD–Mega Motor Company, said the expansion reflects growing local demand and the company’s focus on maintaining consistent service standards as it scales its national footprint.

Faisalabad now joins Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad in BYD Pakistan’s dealership network. Of the six BYD outlets currently operating across the country, three function as Experience Centres, two as dedicated service and spare parts facilities, while the Faisalabad dealership provides a full range of sales and after-sales support.

BYD is globally recognised for its work in battery technology and electric mobility solutions. Through its partnership with Mega Motor Company, the brand has introduced multiple new energy vehicle models to the Pakistani market, including the BYD Atto 3, Seal, Shark 6, Atto 2 and Sealion 7, aimed at meeting rising demand for electric and hybrid vehicles.
