A motorcycle with 112 pending e-challans has been seized in Lahore’s Wahdat Road area, with authorities confirming outstanding fines totaling Rs207,800.

According to Punjab Traffic Police, the vehicle was stopped during routine enforcement against traffic violations. A record check revealed repeated offences, including 55 violations for not wearing a helmet, 20 for signal jumping, 28 for lane violations, and eight for overspeeding.

Officials said the motorcycle was taken into custody at Wahdat Road Police Station due to non-payment of fines and repeated disregard for traffic rules.

CTO Lahore Syed Ahmad Raza Shirazi said enforcement against unpaid e-challans is ongoing, adding that citizens should comply with traffic laws to avoid heavy penalties. He also noted that habitual violators may face restrictions on accessing certain police services.
