Kingdom Valley marks Independence Day with development update and site visit

ISLAMABAD: Kingdom Valley marked Pakistan’s Independence Day with a large gathering of clients, business representatives, dealers and guests, combining national celebrations with a briefing on the project’s ongoing development work and future plans.

The event featured a flag-hoisting ceremony, the national anthem and a cake-cutting ceremony, with participants offering prayers and good wishes for Pakistan’s peace, progress and prosperity.

Chairman Kingdom Valley Ghulam Hussain Shahid welcomed the guests and briefed them on the project’s residential and commercial development, house construction activity, infrastructure work and future expansion plans.

He also shared details related to the project’s NOC status and said development was progressing in phases across different areas of Kingdom Valley.

A site visit was arranged for participants alongside the Independence Day programme, allowing guests to inspect different sections of the project and view ongoing work on roads, infrastructure, commercial areas and construction.

During the visit, the management briefed participants on the current status of development and responded to questions about future plans and project progress.

Shahid said possession was being prioritised for clients who had cleared the cost of land and development charges. He added that clients planning to build homes were also being provided support for construction.

According to the management, development work includes residential and commercial projects, road infrastructure, parks and recreational facilities.

The Independence Day celebration also included a dinner and Qawwali night, with performances by Qawwals and participation from guests and clients.

At the conclusion of the event, participants thanked the Kingdom Valley management for organising the programme and arranging the site visit.

The management said the event was aimed at combining Independence Day celebrations with greater engagement with clients and providing them with a closer look at ongoing development activity across the project.
