These views were expressed by Sheikh Al-Quran and Hadith Maulana Muhammad Azam of Karachi, a well-known religious scholar in the Talash area of Lower Dir, while addressing the annual Chadar Poshi and Certificate Distribution Ceremony at Jamiatul Muhasanat Libbanat Ziarat Talaash as the chief guest. He further said that religious schools are pure and holy places for the promotion of the religion of Islam. All the arrangements and facilities of which are obligatory on all of us Muslims. The government should also arrange a reasonable grant for religious schools. So that their financial difficulties are eased. Sheikh Al-Quran and Hadith Maulana Muhammad Azam Khan, while emphasizing on the graduated women, also said that after graduating from a religious school, they should play a positive role in the establishment of an Islamic society and in the case of taking up married life. So that it can prove beneficial in the formation of an Islamic society. The participants of the ceremony were also addressed by Mufti Irfanuddin, Chairman of Tehsil Timergara, Maulana Fazl Hussain Al-Muzhari, Maulana Pir Abdullah Al-Muzhari, Maulana Razaullah and Naat Khawan Qari Adnan. During the ceremony, 90 graduating students were awarded certificates by female teachers and their chadars were also wrapped.
