Imran Khan’s bail petition in Toshakhana case fixed in IHC

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court has scheduled a listening to for November 12 on Imran Khan’s bail utility inside the Toshakhana- case. The listening to may be performed through Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb. The court has issued a word to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), looking for their response on the matter. It is critical to be aware that the Special Judge Central had in advance rejected Imran Khan’s bail inside the case, while his spouse, Bushra Bibi, has already been granted bail in the same case. On July 13, the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) arrested Imran Khan and his spouse in reference to a new Toshakhana reference rapidly once they had been granted bail within the ‘Iddat Nikah’ case.
