The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the nominees for the July 2026 Player of the Month award, with West Indies all-rounder Justin Greaves, England white-ball captain Harry Brook and Bangladesh opener Tanzid Hasan shortlisted for the honour.
Greaves enjoyed an impressive month across Test cricket, producing strong performances against Sri Lanka and Pakistan. He scored 180 in the first Test against Sri Lanka and later delivered a five-wicket haul against Pakistan.
Across two Test matches in July, Greaves scored 215 runs at an average of 71.66 and claimed eight wickets.
Harry Brook also impressed during England’s T20I series against India, scoring 229 runs in five matches at an average of 114.50 and a strike rate of 214.01. He was named Player of the Series.
Bangladesh opener Tanzid Hasan produced consistent performances against Zimbabwe, scoring 159 runs in the three-match ODI series and adding another 140 runs in the T20I series.
The three nominees will now compete for the ICC Player of the Month award for July 2026.
