Islamabad: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) Business Professionals (PAIB) Committee organized a CFO conference on the theme “Responsible Development Management: Renew, Enlighten and Consolidate” at a local hotel.
In his speech, the Federal Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives Mr. Ahsan Iqbal highlighted the important role of responsible development in creating sustainable economic growth. He emphasized the need for innovative strategies, enlightened insights and an integrated approach to ensure development while ensuring accountability, transparency and inclusiveness in the development agenda. He said peace, political stability and continued reforms are essential to Pakistan’s success, and he wants the CFO to play a key role in driving this transformation agenda.

ICAP Council member in his speech entitled “CA Pakistan and its contribution” clearly expressed the impact of chartered accountants on socioeconomic status. He said that experience and ethical management not only help business growth, but also increase financial stability and integrity within the country. Maqbool further highlighted the key role of CA Pakistan in building a prosperous future and inspiring the next generation to uphold high professional standards and ethical standards of financial leaders.
