ISLAMABAD: In a groundbreaking achievement, a joint venture comprising Pakistan Services Limited, Warm Waters Advisory Group, Platinum Construction Limited, and Golfscape LDA Portugal has successfully bid for the 25-year lease of Royal Palm Golf & Country Club, Lahore. This milestone marks a significant investment in Pakistan’s leisure, hospitality, and sporting sectors.
The joint venture, led by Pakistan Services Limited (Owner of Hashoo Group’s Chain of Marriot and Pear Continental Hotels besides other hospitality related services. This achievement follows a rigorous bidding process administered by Pakistan Railways, under the supervision of the Supreme Court of Pakistan and renowned consultants M/s A.F Ferguson & Co. Chartered Accountants and M/S NESPAK.
The partnership aims to enhance Royal Palm’s facilities, including the golf course, sporting amenities, dining options, and event spaces. A key feature will be a golf course-facing, five-star guest room facility with a minimum of 100 rooms. These upgrades will position Royal Palm as a top destination in the region.
The new management will prioritize member engagement through “Strategy Consultative Sessions” to maintain the club’s esteemed reputation while introducing innovative features.
