Havelian ( ) Havelian Tehsil Council meeting was held under the chairmanship of Tehsil Chairman Havelian Uzair Sher Khan. Before the meeting, a protest was held over the non-availability of funds. The parliamentary party Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz boycotted the meeting and walked out. After that, Tehsil Chairman Havelian Uzair Sher Khan appointed Sardar Asad Javed as the convener, who conducted the proceedings of the meeting. Due to the lack of quorum, the meeting was adjourned for an indefinite period. Tehsil Chairman Uzair Sher Khan Khan, while talking to media representatives on this occasion, said that raising the standard of living of the people of Havelian Tehsil is my manifesto.
