These views were expressed by Hafiz Engineer Yaqub-ur-Rehman, a well-known young religious scholar of Lower Dir and provincial spokesperson of Jamaat-e-Islami Khyber Pakhtunkhwa North, while delivering the keynote address as the special guest at the annual Dastar Bandi and Khtam-ul-Quran ceremony at Jamia Masjid Quba in Banrgai village, Talash Valley. On this occasion, besides Engineer Hafiz Yaqub-ur-Rehman, District President of Jamaat-e-Islami Overseas Lower Dir, Alhaj Amir Zaman, local Amir of Jamaat-e-Islami Inayat-ur-Rehman, senior journalist and local preacher Habib Muhammad Khattak, Maulana Inayat-ur-Rehman, Qari Ayaz Khan and others also spoke. Engineer Hafiz Yaqub-ur-Rehman further said that the Holy Quran has been revealed by Allah for the guidance and welfare of all humanity. Therefore, we as a whole should spend every moment of our lives in the light of the teachings of the Quran and Sunnah. We should also follow the orders of the Holy Quran and our entire social system, judiciary, government, and commerce should all be subject to it. Then we will be victorious before our Lord.
