Gold Prices Rise in Pakistan on October 5, 2026, Per Tola Rate Hits Rs437,536

ISLAMABAD: Gold prices rebounded in Pakistan on Monday, October 5, 2026, with the rate of 24-karat gold rising by Rs1,200 per tola to Rs437,536 as international bullion also moved higher.

The increase came a day after gold prices fell sharply on Sunday, October 4, when the per tola rate dropped by Rs4,300 to Rs436,336.

In the international market, gold gained $12 per ounce on Monday to reach $4,150, recovering partially from Sunday’s decline to $4,138 per ounce.

The latest rise follows the sharp correction recorded a day earlier. In Sunday’s gold price update, 24-karat gold had lost Rs4,300 per tola, while the international rate had fallen by $43 per ounce.

Silver Prices Also Move Higher

Silver prices also increased in the domestic market on Monday.

The price of silver rose by Rs66 per tola to Rs6,588, while the 10-gram rate increased by Rs57 to Rs5,648.

The fresh increase in domestic bullion prices came alongside gains in the global gold market, reversing part of the losses recorded on Sunday.

With gold moving from Rs436,336 per tola on October 4 to Rs437,536 on October 5, the local market recovered Rs1,200 of the previous day’s Rs4,300 decline.
