KARACHI, Wednesday, October 7, 2026: Gold prices declined in Pakistan and the international market on Wednesday, with the local rate falling by Rs3,100 per tola as global bullion prices moved lower.

The price of gold in Pakistan dropped to Rs434,436 per tola on Wednesday, October 7, compared with Rs437,536 per tola on Tuesday, October 6, marking a day-on-day decline of Rs3,100.

In the international bullion market, gold fell by $31 per ounce on Wednesday to $4,119.

In the local market, silver fell by Rs100 to Rs6,488 per tola, while the price of 10 grams decreased by Rs86 to Rs5,562.

The latest movement means gold has moved lower from Tuesday’s Rs437,536-per-tola level, giving buyers and investors a clear day-on-day benchmark as precious-metal prices respond to changes in the international bullion market.
