British-based Pakistani doctor Dr Azqa Sohail has been selected as Miss Supranational Pakistan 2026 and will represent Pakistan at the global Miss Supranational 2026 pageant scheduled to be held in Poland.
The international beauty competition is considered one of the world’s major pageants, where contestants from different countries showcase not only their personality and confidence but also their culture, traditions, social initiatives, and national identity on a global platform.
Doctor, Entrepreneur and Social Advocate
Dr Azqa Sohail is a medical doctor and aesthetic practitioner by profession. Based in the United Kingdom, she is associated with the healthcare sector while also actively working for women’s empowerment and social development initiatives.
She is a board member of Adana, a London-based charitable organisation that works on projects related to women’s and girls’ education, welfare, and social development.
Alongside her professional career, Dr Azqa considers community service an important part of her life and continues to support initiatives aimed at creating better opportunities for women.
She has credited her mother’s struggles and achievements as a major source of inspiration. According to Dr Azqa, her mother belonged to a small village in Punjab’s Malkwal area but through dedication, education, and hard work, went on to become a college principal in the United Kingdom.
Representing Pakistan on Global Stage
As Miss Supranational Pakistan 2026, Dr Azqa Sohail will present Pakistan’s culture, traditions, values, and the achievements of its women at the international competition in Poland.
This will be her first participation in an international beauty pageant, which she describes as a significant milestone in her personal and professional journey.
President of the Miss Pakistan Organisation Sonia Ahmed congratulated Dr Azqa Sohail on her selection, saying that Miss Supranational is among the world’s most prestigious beauty competitions.
She added that Dr Azqa Sohail is the third Pakistani representative to participate in Miss Supranational and expressed hope that she would showcase Pakistan positively through her confidence, talent, and personality.
