In the meeting, Deputy Commissioners of Hazara gave a briefing on the preparations for Eid-ul-Adha in their respective districts. In light of the orders of the provincial government, Commissioner Hazara issued necessary instructions to all Deputy Commissioners regarding law and order, implementation of Section 144, deployment of security in mosques, markets, Eidgahs, cleanliness situation, traffic plan, fitness certificate made mandatory for swings in parks, ensuring implementation of government rent names in bases, ensuring attendance of hospital staff and provision of medicines, provision of petrol at petrol pumps during Eid-ul-Adha holidays and cleanliness of tourist places, etc. Commissioner Hazara asked all Deputy Commissioners to ensure disposal of sacrificial animal carcasses, prevention of one-wheeling, implementation of Section 144 on bathing in rivers. Talking about the markets, Commissioner Hazara said that the notified rates issued by the Tehsil Municipal Administrator should be applied in the markets which should be appropriate and should be posted at a clear place. He asked government and semi-government institutions, market unions, and social welfare organizations to distribute biodegradable bags among the public for disposal of garbage so that the environment can be kept clean. Commissioner Hazara directed all the concerned departments to be present at their respective stations during holidays to deal with any emergency and that special steps should be taken to provide facilities to tourists in tourist places on the occasion of Eid and tourists should be guided well. Commissioner Hazara Division Fayyaz Ali Shah asked all the Deputy Commissioners to ensure cleanliness in markets, parks, hospitals and other places before and after Eid and all the Deputy Commissioners should make a comprehensive plan in collaboration with the concerned district police to keep the traffic flowing. Commissioner Hazara asked all Deputy Commissioners and the Regional Transport Authority to strictly implement the rental agreement before and after Eid-ul-Azha and deal with it strictly, which will be visible to the people.All Deputy Commissioners should establish a district control room for the convenience of the public, issue a duty roster and publish it on social media. Commissioner Hazara further said that all Deputy Commissioners should form a monitoring team with their departments to make the plan issued for Eid a practical one and keep an eye on the daily performance. Commissioner Hazara, while issuing instructions to the three districts of Kohistan, said that they should form a committee to check the fitness of the dolly lift and issue a certificate on it so that any loss of life can be avoided in the future. Apart from the Deputy Commissioners, the Director General of Kaghan Development Authority, Secretary Regional Transport Authority, SP Traffic Warden and officers of the Line Department attended the meeting.
