KARACHI, November 6, 2026: Master Chery Pakistan has officially begun customer deliveries of the Chery Q electric hatchback, marking a new phase in the company’s expansion into Pakistan’s electric vehicle market.

The delivery rollout follows the vehicle’s introduction in the local market, allowing customers who placed early bookings to begin receiving their electric cars.

The Chery Q is a five-seater, rear-wheel-drive electric hatchback designed for urban commuting and everyday use, offering an alternative to conventional petrol-powered vehicles.

The vehicle is equipped with a 42.7 kWh battery and an electric motor producing 121 horsepower and 111 Nm of torque.

According to the manufacturer, the Chery Q offers a driving range of up to 400 kilometres under the New European Driving Cycle (NEDC), while its Worldwide Harmonised Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP) range is approximately 310 kilometres.

Actual driving range may vary depending on road conditions, driving behaviour, temperature and air-conditioning usage.

Chery Q charging and features

The electric hatchback supports DC fast charging, with the company claiming that its battery can be charged from 30% to 80% in approximately 16.5 minutes under suitable charging conditions.

Inside, the Chery Q features a 15.6-inch infotainment touchscreen, an 8.8-inch digital instrument cluster and wireless smartphone charging.

The vehicle also comes equipped with several driver-assistance and safety technologies, including six airbags, Level 2 advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), a 540-degree camera system and automatic parking assistance.

These features position the Chery Q as a technology-focused option in Pakistan’s emerging electric hatchback segment.

As part of its introductory offer, Master Chery has also announced a complimentary 7 kW home charger for eligible early customers, subject to the company’s terms and conditions.

Electric vehicle market expands

The start of Chery Q deliveries adds another fully electric passenger vehicle to Pakistan’s automotive market as manufacturers gradually expand their electric and hybrid portfolios.

For prospective buyers, charging infrastructure, after-sales support, battery reliability and long-term ownership costs are likely to remain important considerations.

The Chery Q also broadens Master Chery’s new-energy vehicle lineup beyond its existing plug-in hybrid SUVs.

With customer deliveries now underway, the model enters its next stage in the local market, where real-world driving performance and ownership experience will become key factors in its reception.
