Cherry Master Pakistan is set to introduce the fully electric Cherry Q in Pakistan, with the company scheduled to announce its price and open bookings at the Pakistan Auto Show 2026 on September 18.
The new electric vehicle is being introduced as demand for new energy vehicles grows in Pakistan. The company said Cherry Q has been designed for urban travel and everyday commuting.
Cherry Q offers up to 400km on one charge
The Cherry Q is equipped with a 42.7 kWh battery that can deliver a driving range of up to 400 kilometres on a single charge under the NEDC testing cycle.
The vehicle has an energy efficiency rating of up to 9.4 kilometres per unit and comes with Level 2 advanced driver assistance systems.
According to the company, its driver-assistance package includes 21 support features, along with automatic parking assistance.
The electric car also features a 15.6-inch 2.5K display, mobile connectivity and vehicle-to-load (V2L) capability.
Price and bookings to be announced on September 18
Cherry Master Pakistan said the price of the Cherry Q will be announced at the Pakistan Auto Show on Friday, September 18, 2026, when bookings for the vehicle will also open.
The launch comes as the new energy vehicle segment expands in Pakistan. According to figures cited by the company, the sector grew by 392% during fiscal year 2025-26 and accounted for around 15% of the overall automobile market.
The company also highlighted the potential running-cost difference between electric and petrol vehicles.
It said a conventional petrol car driven around 20,000 kilometres annually could incur fuel costs of about Rs488,000, while the annual energy cost for a Cherry Q charged using surplus solar power would be around Rs30,000.
Solar power highlighted as EV charging option
Cherry Master Pakistan also pointed to the growth of solar power in Pakistan, saying the country imported around 17 gigawatts of solar PV capacity in 2024.
The company said households with rooftop solar systems could use surplus electricity to charge electric vehicles rather than sending the excess power back to the grid.
The Cherry Q’s price, booking details and availability in Pakistan are expected to be disclosed at the Pakistan Auto Show on September 18.
