The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (CBD Punjab) has completed 80% of the finishing work on CBD Vertex, a major mixed-use development in Lahore’s Prime CBD Quaid District. The project is nearing completion and is expected to enhance commercial activity, urban mobility, and business infrastructure in the city.
Located in Lahore’s central business district, CBD Vertex spans approximately 100,000 square feet and includes two basement levels, a ground floor, and seven upper floors. The development also provides parking space for around 2,500 vehicles, supporting the area’s growing commercial demand.
Finishing Work Progresses Rapidly
According to CBD Punjab, key finishing works are advancing steadily, including elevation tile installation, parking lane markings, marble installation, and epoxy flooring.
The authority said the remaining work is progressing on schedule as the project moves closer to completion.
Project Aims to Strengthen Lahore’s Commercial Hub
CBD Punjab Chief Executive Officer Imran Amin said the development reflects the authority’s commitment to delivering modern infrastructure that supports economic growth and improves urban mobility.
He said CBD Vertex will contribute to Lahore’s commercial ecosystem and aligns with CBD Punjab’s long-term vision of developing Pakistan’s most modern central business district.
