A Karachi robbery outside a private superstore in Dhoraji Colony has drawn widespread attention after a video of the incident circulated on social media. Police said they are working to identify and arrest the suspects seen in the footage.
According to officials, two men riding a motorcycle allegedly robbed a woman sitting inside her vehicle, snatching her purse and mobile phone before fleeing the scene.
Viral Video Captures Robbery
The incident was recorded by a bystander using a mobile phone. The video, which has since gone viral on social media, appears to show one of the suspects’ faces clearly, potentially assisting investigators in identifying those involved.
The footage also appears to show one of the armed suspects without a helmet, allegedly displaying a weapon to intimidate nearby people during the robbery.
Police Launch Search for Suspects
Police said efforts are underway to trace the suspects using available evidence, including the viral video.
Authorities stated that investigations are ongoing and expressed confidence that the suspects will be identified and arrested.
