LAHORE, Oct 7: Boltlike Solutions has launched a new audience intelligence ecosystem spanning television, digital platforms and connected TV, positioning the company to provide advertisers, broadcasters and media agencies with a more integrated view of how audiences consume content across multiple screens.
The Brillanz Group company unveiled the platform at MADsemble 2026 in Lahore, where it is serving as the event’s Official Audience Intelligence Partner.
The launch brought together representatives from PEMRA, broadcasters, media agencies, advertisers and OTT platforms to discuss how fragmented viewing habits are reshaping audience measurement and media planning.
Boltlike introduced three products — BoltTAM, BoltAI and BoltCTV — aimed at tracking audience behaviour across traditional television, social and digital platforms, and connected screens.
BoltTAM is a PEMRA-licensed television audience measurement platform designed to measure TV viewing at an individual-viewer level through a representative audience panel.
BoltAI focuses on digital audience intelligence and monitors audience activity across platforms including YouTube, Facebook and TikTok.
According to the company, the platform analyses newly published content and engagement signals at scale while using cross-platform de-duplication between YouTube and Facebook to identify overlapping audiences rather than simply combining platform-level numbers.
BoltCTV, meanwhile, is designed to bring live television, on-demand content and apps into a connected-TV environment while creating another measurable screen for advertisers and content providers.
Bilal Qureshi, founder of Boltlike Solutions and Group CEO of Brillanz Group, said the challenge facing the media industry was no longer a lack of data, but the difficulty of making sense of fragmented audience signals across different platforms.
“The audience hasn’t disappeared; it has moved across screens,” he said.
He added that Boltlike’s objective was to move beyond counting ratings, views and followers separately and instead provide a clearer picture of what audiences watch, how they overlap across platforms and where attention is shifting.
The company also hosted an industry discussion titled “The Audience We Think We Know — One Audience. Many Screens.”
The session was divided into two conversations, “The Viewer” and “The Currency,” examining changing audience behaviour and the role of measurement in media planning, buying and advertising investment.
Participants included representatives from PEMRA, ARY Digital Network, WPP Media, Jazz, foodpanda, myco Holdings and Z2C Limited.
Faisal Paracha, Managing Director of Boltlike Solutions, said BoltTAM, BoltAI and BoltCTV each provided a different view of audience behaviour and could become more useful when their signals were assessed together.
He said the company intended to maintain independence from the buying and selling of media while developing its audience measurement products.
The launch comes as media consumption in Pakistan increasingly shifts between conventional television, YouTube, social video, streaming services and connected TV, creating greater demand for cross-platform audience measurement and comparable advertising metrics.
