Chairperson of the Benazir Income Support Programme, Senator Rubina Khalid, has strongly condemned the terrorist attacks carried out at 12 locations in Balochistan, terming them cowardly and highly condemnable.

In a statement, Senator Rubina Khalid said the timely response by the security forces against terrorism was commendable. She praised the professionalism of the security forces, saying their action against the militants resulting in the killing of 58 terrorists demonstrated their operational capability.

She paid tribute to the 10 security personnel who laid down their lives in defence of the country, saying the sacrifices of the martyrs would not go in vain.

Senator Rubina Khalid added that the entire nation stands united with the security forces in the fight against terrorism.
