Pakistan has secured its fifth medal at the 2026 Asian Games after winning bronze in the PUBG Mobile esports event in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan.
The Pakistani team finished third in the men’s PUBG Mobile competition to claim the bronze medal, adding another medal to the country’s tally at the Games.
Pakistan had previously won four bronze medals in mixed martial arts, women’s cricket and squash.
The country is also assured of two more medals after Pakistan’s men’s cricket and hockey teams advanced to the semi-finals of their respective competitions.
With the PUBG Mobile bronze and the two guaranteed medals, Pakistan’s medal tally is set to increase further as competition continues at the Asian Games.
