RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces (COAS & CDF) Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir on Friday interacted with a delegation of students from Harvard Business School representing multiple countries during their visit to Pakistan.
The discussion covered regional and global developments, Pakistan’s security outlook and the country’s efforts to promote peace, stability and prosperity in the region and beyond, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
Field Marshal Asim Munir emphasised the importance of education, skills development and entrepreneurship in enabling young people to make meaningful contributions in an increasingly volatile global environment.
He also stressed the need for young people to develop the ability to apply fact-based analytics, particularly amid the growing influence of social media and propaganda.
The Harvard Business School students shared their experiences during their ongoing visit to Pakistan and appreciated the openness and hospitality of the Pakistani people.
The delegation also highlighted Pakistan’s considerable potential and the opportunities it offers across different sectors.
The interaction formed part of the delegation’s ongoing engagement during its visit to Pakistan.
