Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma and her family have reportedly purchased three luxury apartments worth approximately ₹44 crore in Mumbai, with all three properties located on the same floor of an under-construction residential project.
According to Indian media reports, the properties are situated in Godrej Skyshore, a residential development in Mumbai’s Versova area.
Anushka reportedly purchased one apartment for approximately ₹14.89 crore, while her parents acquired an adjoining flat for around ₹10.91 crore. The registrations for these two properties were completed on July 8, 2026.
Separately, Anushka and her husband, Indian cricket star Virat Kohli, reportedly purchased another apartment in the same development for approximately ₹18.29 crore.
The three apartments are located on the same floor, allowing the family to maintain close proximity while having separate living spaces.
According to the reports, possession of the properties is expected by June 2031.
The reported purchases highlight the continued interest of Bollywood celebrities and other high-profile personalities in Mumbai’s luxury residential property market.
