AC Doaba Leads Anti-Encroachment Drive in Hangu, Fines Shopkeepers for Violations

Under the public agenda of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and on the orders of Deputy Commissioner Hangu Gohar Zaman, Assistant Commissioner Doaba Nawab Khan Bangash visited various markets of district Hangu and conducted a grand operation against temporary encroachments in various markets. Meanwhile, warnings were issued to rickshaw pullers, redis and many shopkeepers, the encroachments were removed on the spot and strict instructions were issued to all shopkeepers not to encroach in the future and to take special care of cleanliness. Moreover, Assistant Commissioner Doaba Nawab Khan Bangash inspected bakery shops, fruit and vegetable shops, grocery stores and restaurants. In which the price list was reviewed. The quality of food and the weight of bread were checked. During the inspection, legal action was taken against many shopkeepers who violated and heavy fines were also imposed.
