On the vision of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz and the instructions of the IG Punjab, DPO Jhelum Tariq Aziz Sandhu is holding open courts on a daily basis. The DPO listened to public issues and complaints and issued immediate on-the-spot orders for their resolution. He contacted relevant police officers via telephone to gather information about the issues and directed them to resolve the matters within a set time frame.
He stated that the doors of his office are always open for the resolution of both individual and collective public issues. The DPO emphasized that citizens can meet him without hesitation regarding their complaints. He further added that mutual coordination between the public and the police is being ensured to help reduce crime.
