Under the agreement, Zong customers will be able to access prebooking facilities, device bundles, and trade-in options for Samsung handsets. Selected CSCs, starting in Islamabad, have introduced Samsung Shop-in-Shop experience zones, allowing customers to explore flagship devices through in-store demonstrations and assisted purchase journeys.

Zong has also integrated Samsung devices into the My Zong App, enabling customers to browse and prebook the Galaxy S26 Series digitally. The companies said the initiative combines Samsung’s flagship technology with Zong’s retail and digital infrastructure to improve device accessibility.

As part of the rollout, Zong CSCs will introduce an operational trade-in mechanism for Samsung handsets, aimed at facilitating device upgrades while improving affordability. The initiative seeks to support broader 5G readiness in Pakistan as smartphone penetration continues to grow.

Speaking at the Zong x Samsung Management Connect, Sajid Munir, Head of Marketing at Zong, said the partnership aligns with the company’s broader digital transformation strategy and the need to make advanced technology more accessible.

Officials from both companies said the collaboration is intended to expand digital inclusion and enhance customer engagement as Pakistan prepares for wider 5G deployment.
