Young Man Commits Suicide, Another Found Dead in Swat

At least two tragic incidents occurred on the same day in the central area of Gulkada, Swat, where a young man took his own life, while the teenage son of an Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) judge was found dead under mysterious circumstances. According to police sources, in the first incident, 16-year-old Muhammad Hadi, son of an ATC judge, was discovered dead at his residence.

Initial findings suggest he may have died by suicide through hanging, though the exact cause of death remains unclear. His body was shifted to Saidu Sharif Hospital for post-mortem and legal formalities and was later transported to his native town of Abbottabad. Police have collected evidence from the scene and launched an inquiry into the matter. In the second incident, which occurred in the same locality, 21-year-old Sher Zaman, son of Bakht Nawab, reportedly ended his life due to unknown reasons. His body was also shifted to Saidu Sharif Hospital for autopsy. Police investigations into both cases are ongoing, while the tragic incidents have caused widespread concern among local residents.
