Dhudial: The Patient Welfare Society Chakwal, in collaboration with Begum Noor Memorial Hospital Bhubhar and Anjuman-e-Bahbood-e-Mareezan Chakwal, has donated 10 wheelchairs to District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital Chakwal to facilitate patients in emergency situations. The wheelchairs were handed over to the Medical Superintendent of DHQ Hospital, Dr. Sheikh Raftar Hussain.
Dr. Sheikh Raftar Hussain also drew the visiting delegation’s attention to the shortage of medicines. The delegation assured their full support and promised to take practical steps soon to address the issue. Additionally, discussions were held regarding the organization of a medical camp.
On this occasion, President of Anarkali Bazaar Traders Association Chakwal, Anjum Zia, also assured that 10 more wheelchairs would be donated to DHQ Hospital Chakwal next week, Insha’Allah. Assistant Commissioner Chakwal, Zeeshan Sharif Qaisrani, was also present at the event.
