We are ready to play the role of mediator in the reconciliation between PTI and Pak Army. During the press conference, the Central Chairman of the Istihkaam-e-Pakistan Tehreek, Haji Muhammad Wasil Khan, presented the 34-year performance of his movement to the 240 million people of Pakistan and added that the Istihkaam-e-Pakistan Tehreek, while offering to mediate between the Chief of Army Staff, Field Marshal Hafiz Syed Asim Munir, and the founder and chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Imran Khan, said that both sides are important for the country and they should work together. In a press conference held at the Timergara Rest House, the headquarters of Lower Dir on Sunday, the founder and chairman of the Istihkaam-e-Pakistan Tehreek, Haji Muhammad Wasil Khan, Malik Fazal Khaliq Vice Chairman, Haji Saeed Khan Advisor Upper and Lower Dir, Haji Umar Khattab Advisor Malakand Division and other leaders of the movement attended. Haji Muhammad Wasil Khan said that “the army is the protector of the homeland, so the founder of PTI is also a patriot.” He added that Imran Khan has never spoken against the army and Pakistan. The leaders of the movement made it clear that the aim of their struggle is not to get a chair, but to establish peace and order and stability in the country.

Haji Muhammad Wasil Khan said that it is necessary for the country to bring all political parties to one table. On this occasion, he also raised the slogan of “Zindabad” for every political party. The Isthikam Pakistan Tehreek announced a full-fledged struggle to bridge the gap between the army and the people. The central leaders of the movement announced that they would soon present the movement’s 34-year performance to the media. Haji Wasil Khan clarified that “we will no longer tolerate oppression, injustice and ill-intention in Pakistan.” He said, “A system of infidelity can work, but a system of oppression cannot.” According to sources, this offer of mediation by the Istihkaam-e-Pakistan Tehreek could be the beginning of a new chapter in the country’s political situation. The movement says it is trying to bring all parties closer for the stability and peace of the country.
