Upper Dir Police Appoints Children of Martyred Officers as ASIs

UPPER DIR : The Upper Dir Police Department has issued appointment orders for the children of martyred police officers, appointing them as Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASIs) the decision was made by District Police Officer (DPO) Zafar Ahmed Khan, following orders from Inspector General of Police Akhtar Hayat Khan and Regional Police Officer (RPO) Irfanullah Khan.
The newly appointed ASIs include Muhammad Khaleel, son of Shaheed Constable Haroon Rashid, Mehboobullah, son of Shaheed SI Rafiullah, and Saad Khan, son of Shaheed ASI Muhammad Umber Khan.
DPO Zafar Ahmed Khan handed over the appointment letters to the families of the martyred police officers and encouraged the new appointees to protect public lives and property, and uphold the police department’s honor He emphasized that the sacrifices of their fathers will always be remembered and that they should continue their legacy.
This move is part of the government’s efforts to provide opportunities to the families of police personnel who have sacrificed their lives in the line of duty.
