Transgender Individual Injured in Mingora Shooting; FIR Lodged

SWAT: A transgender was injured when an accused opened fire at him at airport road near a green ada in Mingora here on Sunday night, the police said.
They said that the transgender named Yaseen alias Ghwaga son of Barkat Shah resident of Shergarh area of Mardan District was in his room at airport road near a green ada when accused Noor Zada son of Sher Zada resident of Peshawar opened fire at him within the jurisdiction of Bunr police station.
They said that Yaseen alias Ghwaga sustained injuries in the attack and was shifted to the Saidu Group of Teaching Hospital.
“His condition is stable and we have launched an FIR against the accused Noor Zada ” Bunr police station, SHO Muhammad Zeb said.
