MARDAN : In the Kandaro Kali area of Takht Bhai, a woman who had been angry with her in-laws for the past two years and had come to Nowshera from her in-laws’ house during a dispute over a settlement agreement, resulting in the death of her husband and brother-in-law. The police took immediate action and arrested the accused on the spot along with weapons. According to details, last night in the Kandaro Kali area of Takht Bhai, a married woman Saeeda from Nowshera Azakhel, who had been angry for the past two years and had come to her parents’ house in Kandaro Kali. During the efforts to reach a compromise in the Jirga, the husband of the woman Jangriz and her brother Khalid son of Farid a resident of Nowshera were killed in a firing incident.
Upon receiving information about the incident, SHO Police Station Takht Bhai Murad Khan along with a police contingent and a medical team from Rescue 1122, reached the scene of the incident and shifted the bodies of the deceased to THQ Takht Bhai for postmortem. Police took action on the spot and arrested two accused involved in the double shooting incident, Nasir son of Bahadur, resident of Qandaro Kale, Takhtbhai, and Omar son of Jangriz resident of Azakhel Nowshera along with weapons. Takhtbhai police registered a case of double murder against the accused on the report of the nephew of the deceased Tariq son of Farman Ali, resident of Chakdara and started further investigation into the case.
