Traders of Abbottabad Link Road have demanded that the road wall be cut from Sarban Chowk and the road be restored. The closure of the road wall for the overhead bridge has caused irreparable damage to the traders. The National Highway Authority and district officers should take immediate notice. In this regard, former General Secretary of All Traders Federation Sajjad Khan Jadoon, General Secretary of Link Road Sardar Roman and a delegation of other traders while talking at the Press Club said that after the construction of the overhead bridge, people have turned towards the street of Gami Adda Rehman Plaza, due to which the traders of the Link Road are suffering irreparable damage.
They have demanded that the road wall for the Link Road be cut immediately and the road be restored as before. Otherwise, the traders will strongly resist, the responsibility of which will fall on the administration. The trader leaders said that traders are the backbone of the economy. They are paying taxes to the government, but taking away facilities is tantamount to destroying business, which will harm the traders as well as the departments. They It has been emphasized that the road should be reopened and restored as before immediately.
