In Makkah, specific timings have been set for performing Nawafil within the boundaries of Hateem at the Kaaba. For men, the designated hours are from 8 AM to 11 AM, while for women, the timings are from 8 PM to 2 AM.
According to the administration, entry will be through the western gate, and the duration of permission will be 10 minutes. The purpose of setting these Nawafil timings in Hateem is to manage crowd control.
