Residents and businessmen of Timergara, including Malik Nageen Khan, Waseem Sajjad, and others, have termed the allegations leveled against the Timergara police as false and baseless. They stated that the arrested thief, Hafizullah, and his accomplices broke into their homes by breaking the locks and stole cash worth millions of rupees.While speaking to media representatives, they said that when the theft occurred in their homes, they approached the Timergara police station to register a report and informed the police about the theft. The Timergara police promptly acted on their reports, started searching for the suspects, and, through CCTV footage, identified the real culprits involved in the thefts. The accused, including Hafizullah and his accomplices, were arrested, and the stolen cash was recovered.
Due to the timely action of the police, they not only recovered our money but also fully cooperated with us without taking a single penny. The accused even held jirgas (tribal councils) to request forgiveness from us. Meanwhile, Hafizullah’s father, Khan Muhammad, has leveled false and baseless allegations against the police, which is inappropriate.The recovered money was distributed among the victims. They further added that they commend the Timergara police for identifying the culprits and arresting them and praised their performance. They also requested police officials to reward and promote those who played a key role in solving these cases and apprehending the criminals.
