Montreal- The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has announced a call for applications for vacant positions on two of its three Standing Committees for 2026. Interested candidates are invited to apply for the Education Committee and Health, Medical and Research Committee, with a deadline of Friday, September 19, 2025.
WADA’s Standing Committees play a vital advisory role in shaping anti-doping policy and priority development. These committees provide expert advice and develop recommendations for decisions made by WADA’s Executive Committee (ExCo) and Foundation Board.
The available positions include three vacancies on the Education Committee and three on the Health, Medical and Research Committee. Notably, the Finance and Administration Committee has one reserved vacancy for a representative nominated by the WADA Athlete Council.
To apply, candidates must submit a cover letter, updated curriculum vitae, completed application form, and Declaration of Independence Form. Applications should be sent to Mr. Olivier Niggli, WADA Director General.
The selected candidates will be approved by the ExCo on December 2, 2025, and will take office on January 1, 2026, for a three-year term.
