The TCS Group signs 4 strategic MOUs with Kazakhstan counterparts.

Islamabad, February 11, 2026 — The TCS Group signed 4 MoUs with leading Kazakh institutions, including The Chamber of International Commerce of Kazakhstan, Baiterek National Investment Holding Company, KUSTO Logistics LLP and Qazpost- Kazakhstan’s national postal organization.

Signed during the Pakistan–Kazakhstan Business Forum, coinciding with President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev’s landmark visit to Pakistan, the MOUs position TCS as a key facilitator in cross-border logistics, finance, technology and investment.

The business forum was held against the backdrop of a landmark Joint Declaration on Establishing Strategic Partnership between Pakistan and Kazakhstan, emphasizing cooperation across political, economic, connectivity, education, and technology domains.

“TCS is uniquely positioned to catalyze deeper economic engagement between Pakistan and Kazakhstan,” said Khalid Awan, Chairman of the Group, during the signing ceremony at the Business Forum. “These partnerships reflect our belief in the immense potential between our countries and our mission will be to bridge markets, unlock investment opportunities, and facilitate meaningful collaboration that drives sustainable growth and mutual prosperity and to this effect, we are shortly opening an office in Astana.

Both countries are working towards the target to elevate bilateral trade from around USD 250 million toward an aspirational target of USD 1 billion, reflecting a shared commitment by both governments to translate political goodwill into economic outcomes.
