Under the directives of Secretary Emergency Services Punjab, Dr. Rizwan Naseer (Sitara-e-Imtiaz), and under the supervision of District Emergency Officer Engineer Kamran Rashid, Rescue 1122 Murree personnel, along with emergency resources, are performing their duties according to the emergency core plan designed for the summer season.

Rescue personnel have been instructed to remain on high alert. The Rescue 1122 Control Room is operational 24/7, and timely rescue operations are being carried out on every call received on the emergency helpline 1122.
Providing timely rescue services on emergency calls received from any area of District Murree/Tehsil Kotli Sattian is the top priority. Rescue 1122 Murree is actively working towards a safe society.
