The Meeting of the Finance & Planning Committee (F&PC) of the University of Shangla was held at the Committee Room, Islamia College University Peshawar. The meeting was chaired by the Honorable Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Sardar Khan (TI), University of Shangla and attended by the followings, Samin Durani Director Budget/Finance HEC, Arshad Ali Additional Secretary Finance Department,Javed Iqbal Additional Secretary Higher Education Department, Ali Qadar Special Secretary Establishment Department,Hafiz Ismail Khan (Treasurer) and Mr Muhammad Rashad, (Registrar) Khushal Khan Khattak University,
Dr. Faiz Ur Rahman, Director Planning & Development, University of Shangla,Dr. Fazal Qudus Khan, Additional Registrar, University of Shangla,Dr. Ashfaq Ahmad, Treasurer, University of Shangla.The meeting started with recitation of Holy Quran and a brief introduction was done. The session included detailed deliberations on budget, creation of positions, financial development plan and issues. The proposed budget for FY 2025–26 was thoroughly reviewed and subsequently recommended for approval, marking a significant milestone in the University’s ongoing efforts toward effective financial planning and governance.The Vice Chancellor extended his sincere appreciation to all committee members for their active participation, inputs and commitment to financial transparency and academic advancement of the University of Shangla. Prof Dr Sardar Khan thanked all the members of F&PC at the end of meeting.
