The meeting of the Board of Trustees of Abdul Wali Khan University was held under the chairmanship of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Jamil Ahmed. A total budget of Rs. 13 million was approved in the meeting, in which health, marriage and death assistance packages were approved for the welfare of the deserving employees of Abdul Wali Khan University.
In the meeting, the Vice Chancellor of the University and other members discussed many important issues related to the University and gave suggestions and instructions for the development and improvement of the University. On this occasion, Professor Dr. Azam, Professor Dr. Muhammad Tahir, Director of Finance Dr. Faizan, Additional Director of Finance Saim Sohail, Professor Dr. Anwar Hussain, Hassan Khan Registrar, Dr. Tariq Mehmood, Dr. Ali Khan, Abdul Samad, Naseer Khan, Afzal Humayun were present. Addressing the meeting, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Jamil Ahmed said that the Board of Trustees of Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan works for the welfare of the employees and it needs to be made more active.
The decisions of the Board of Trustees meeting were discussed in the meeting. The extension was made while the establishment of group insurance and employee retirement benefits were discussed. Officials of the State Life Insurance Company also gave a detailed briefing in the meeting. In the meeting, the Board of Trustees presented a report on the funds and their utilization to the Vice Chancellor of the university, on which the participants expressed satisfaction and appreciated the achievements of Abdul Wali Wali Khan University.
